Jobs Title, Responsibility & Others

1. Communication Officer
This is a full-time job and the Communication Officers are the core manpower of the organisation who will lead the other members to implement the plans given by the Managing Editor.The main responsibilities of the candidates would be to communicate effectively with the clients mostly who are top executives of corporate bodies, banks, FIs, dealers to make programmes a success. They must be capable to arrange seminars, organise tradeshows, Tv programs etc. To expand the services of BID, they will make plans and visit the offices of clients, partners when it requires.
Candidates having at least Masters Degree in any discipline, smart, self-confident, fluent both in English and Bengali and have leadership quality, sound knowledge in computer and internet services and willing to work under pressure can apply for this post.
Monthly Salary range- Tk 10,000-Tk 15000.00. Candidates who must have at least two years of job experience would be given higher remuneration.
2. Marketing Officer
This is a full-time job and the responsibilities of the candidates would be to expand the services of Dhakabiz.com to both institutional and individual customers.
Candidates who are smart, self-confident, fluent both in English and Bengali and have leadership quality and motivational skills, sound knowledge in computer and internet operations and willing to work under a target can apply for this post. Candidate must have at least Masters Degree in any discipline or Graduation Degree with at least 02 years practical experience. Salary range Tk 10,000-Tk 15000.00.
3. Research Officer/Finance Reporter (Banking & Finance)
This is a full-time job. Candidates must be masters in Banking/Finance/Economic/English and must have sound knowledge in money market, forex market, stock market and commodity market. Preference would be given those who can make reports on finance & markets.
4. Account Officer
This is a full-time job and the responsibilities of the candidate would be to maintain accounts of the office, collect bills from various organizations and maintain other commercial activities of the organisation. Candidates must be Masters in Accounting with at least two-years of similar job experiences in any reputed companies/firms and should have sound knowledge in computer/internet. Salary range Tk 10,000-Tk 15000.00.
5. Business Executive
This is a full-time job and the responsibilities of the candidate would be to maintain communication and transmit or collect bills, data or any document from various financial or non-financial organizations and also maintain other commercial activities. Candidates must be at least a graduate with at least 02 years of similar job experiences in any reputed companies/firms and should have sound knowledge in computer/internet operation. Salary range Tk 8,000-Tk 12000.00.
6. Front Desk Executive
This is a full-time job. Candidate must have at least HSC Pass with good communication skills. Female candidates are preferable. Salary range Tk 8,000-Tk 12000.00.
7. Computer Operator
This is a full-time job. Candidate must have high typing speed both in Bangali and English and sound knowledge in high quality desktop publishing and graphics design.
8. E-Marketing Executive
This is a part-time job. The responsibilities of the candidates would be to marketing package services softwares through direct contact, with institutional clients, organising, seminars, trade show and meetings and conducting survey among consumers buyers etc. Students of MBA/A-level/ BBA/ who can work from 1.00 pm to 5.50 pm at least three days in a week or can work from 11 am to 5 pm every day for a particular period from June 15, 2010 are encouraged to apply to enlist themselves as E-marketing Executives. Daily allowance Tk. 300-Tk. 500.
9. Market Reporter
This is a part-time job. The responsibility of the candidates would be to collect and send daily commodity prices from whole sale markets in all divisional head quarters on daily basis as per prescribed format. The core areas are Dhaka (5), Chittagong (2), Rajshahi (1), Khulna (1), Sylhet (1), Barisal (1).

BID maintains a unique recruitment process since its inception where candidates can expose their hidden strengths, choose other areas of work and get a scope to learn more to face challenges. Therefore, the BID recruitment process ends through the following three steps:
1. Primary Selection (Interview + 7-days workshop)
2. Hands on Training
4. Recruitment
Based on viva voice, BID primarily selects a number of potential candidates and provide them a 7-days training program both in and outside the office. All candidates must take part in the workshop as part of the selection and process BID grants daily conveyance bills for them. During the training outside the office.
Recruitment, Salary and designation of the candidates would be determined following a Written Test after the 7-days workshop.
Candidates who have applied for full-time job must work at least 2-months as a Trainee against 50% of their monthly salary. During Hands on training program.
