What is this
Earn to Learn is an innovative CSR program initiated by CSR for Better Bangladesh (CBB) with the aim to provide cash support to meritorious students facing tough economic situation to continue higher study and young couples facing hardships to support their talent kids through various CSR projects sponsored by companies selected through online test programs.
Objectives
CBB believes that our high performance culture is driven by our talent. Our marketplace success is fueled by the continual growth and development of our talent. But many future talents cannot grow as their families are unable to afford their costs of education due to economic hardships. CBB wants to support these students and also parents through Earn to Lean program to grow talent workforces and conscious consumers need for a better Bangladesh.
Implementation Process
Initiated by Bazaar Information and Development (BID), the CBB is a platform of businesses who initiate CSR projects for sustainable growth with the aim to make Bangladesh a better place to live, work and invest, and to ensure that the country is able to compete on the regional and global stage. It’s an independent organization fully controlled by a Trustee Board formed by its members. But the platform is its forming stage, therefore, currently BID is working as the Implementation agency of this project.
